About the role
Description du poste
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to join our team at our industrial site in Settat.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient management of material flows, inventory, warehousing, transportation and finished goods distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Oversee procurement coordination, goods reception and inventory management.
Ensure smooth material flows between warehouses and production lines.
Coordinate transportation, shipping and delivery operations.
Implement stock management procedures and optimize warehouse capacity.
Supervise loading, unloading and material handling activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal departments.
Lead and supervise the logistics team.
Monitor logistics performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the industrial site start-up, including the reception, handling and storage of industrial equipment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial logistics or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation and production flows.
Experience in team management is required
Good command of Excel and ERP systems.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
