About the role
About Intuit
Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop looking for new, innovative ways to make that possible.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead Agentic Growth for TurboTax. The core idea is simple: give customers real value before they sign up. Task-specific AI agents, such as a cost basis agent or a W-2 review agent, can analyze a customer’s situation the moment they arrive and deliver personalized insight right away. That value becomes the reason to create an account and get started, a freemium-style hook that builds trust, proves our expertise, and turns visitors into customers.
You’ll own this charter across TurboTax’s Do It Yourself, Do It With Me, Full Service, and Business Tax offerings. You’ll work with AI Science, Data Science, Design, and Engineering to turn emerging agent capabilities into a repeatable growth engine.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Set the Agentic Growth strategy: Define a multi-year vision for using AI agents as the front door to TurboTax. Decide where agents create the most value, which customer moments matter most, and how upfront value turns into accounts, starts, and completions.
Build agents that deliver value before sign-up: Lead the launch of task-specific agents (for example, cost basis, W-2 review, deductions and credits) that give customers a personalized, useful answer or insight in their first minutes. Design each experience so the payoff is clear and the next step into the product feels natural.
Own the “value-to-account” conversion: Design the handoff from agent to account creation, including when to ask for sign-in, how context and uploaded documents carry across, and how the insight turns into a start. Own the metrics that connect agent engagement to auths, starts, and revenue.
Run a rigorous experimentation engine: Define and own core growth KPIs. Test how much value to give upfront, how to sequence the ask, and which agents drive the strongest incremental lift. Separate true impact from underlying trends, and use the results to pick the next bet.
Balance impact with trust: Evaluate agents for accuracy, relevance, and reliability, not only conversion. Work with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to handle sensitive financial data and customer consent responsibly, and keep every experience transparent and customer-controlled.
Partner with AI and platform teams: Work closely with AI Science and the AI Concierge team to build on a shared agent platform, reuse skills across surfaces, and decide when to build, extend, or consume.
Own results end to end: Be the single point of accountability for your growth surface, from discovery through launch, scale, and iteration, including roadmap, priorities, and outcomes.
Lead across the organization: Be the hub for Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Marketing, and partner with Credit Karma, GTM, CRM, and platform teams to keep the strategy aligned across the full customer journey.
Raise the PM bar: Share learnings, mentor product managers, and help the growth organization scale.
