- Maintain a single, transparent view of the roadmap, dependencies, capacity, budgets and benefits
- Lead projects end to end, from business case and scoping through to release, handover and benefits review
- Introduce and embed Agile ways of working such as Scrum and Kanban, and coach the team and stakeholders in them
- Identify and shape data, analytics and AI opportunities that improve agent productivity, client experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure data and AI initiatives meet our AI governance framework and our privacy, security and compliance obligations
- Manage suppliers and vendors, including scoping, negotiation, statements of work and performance
- Provide clear, honest reporting to the GM and Senior Management, and run steering committees and workshops at executive level
- Lead change management, communications and training so new tools are adopted and deliver real value
Skills, Experience and Qualities
- At least 8 years of project management experience, including running several technology or data projects at the same time
- A track record of delivering software, integration, data or AI projects in an environment with many connected systems
- Practical Agile experience, with the ability to coach others
- A strong understanding of data, analytics and AI, and the ability to discuss them credibly with technical and non technical audiences
