About the role
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. With proven technologies and platforms, we process the largest volume of payments in the world, driving the global economy every day. When you join us, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, working to reinvent an industry by constantly evolving how we work and making the way millions of people pay easier, every day.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is professionally fluent in Korean and based in Singapore, to join our evolving Enterprise Product team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the team
The Enterprise Product team has ambitious plans for global growth. Our Market Proposition Managers and Product Managers bring together deep expertise in global acquiring and omnichannel solutions to create products and digital experiences that deliver meaningful outcomes for merchants. As an international, curious and proactive team, we continually evolve our capabilities to support payment transactions around the world.
In this Product Management role, you will benefit from our significant investment in research and development as you create and launch products for a rapidly evolving payments landscape. You will lead product lifecycle planning, support the delivery of new capabilities and ensure that changing market conditions and business priorities are reflected in product decisions.
As a member of the APAC Enterprise Product team, you will champion products that deliver measurable revenue, growth and efficiency benefits for some of the world’s largest e-commerce and in-store merchants. You will collaborate with development teams, product owners and commercial teams to build and maintain high-quality products, capabilities and services for our global enterprise customers.
Our vision is to deliver the most relevant, reliable and seamless global payments experience, enabling merchants to reach more consumers and accelerate growth. You will be central to this vision.
What you’ll own
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of Enterprise Merchant Solutions products across their lifecycle—from ideation through launch and scale—with a strong focus on customer impact, commercial success and long-term scalability. You will:
· Build an integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive dynamics by consolidating insights from market experts, sales teams and global enterprise merchants.
· Identify commercially valuable opportunities and define compelling product propositions supported by robust business cases.
· Determine where external partners can complement our product capabilities and manage the associated partner relationships and commercial agreements.
· Make evidence-based product decisions, prioritise development investments and facilitate make-or-buy assessments where appropriate.
· Define and maintain product roadmaps, translating customer and business requirements into clear features and change requests.
· Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering and delivery teams to design, build and deliver solutions that meet validated requirements.
· Partner with go-to-market and sales enablement teams to define customer segmentation, targeting and positioning, and develop clear functional, operational and commercial product materials.
· Serve as a subject-matter expert for the relevant products and markets, supporting sales teams and enterprise customers while sharing product knowledge through training and advocacy.
· Maintain advanced knowledge of trends across point-of-sale and e-commerce payments to inform product strategy and ongoing development.
· Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
· A bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of proven experience in product management or product development, with a track record of launching and scaling impactful payments products.
· In-depth knowledge of online and in-store merchant payment acceptance, merchant acquiring and the end-to-end card payment processing value chain, including card schemes, alternative payment methods and merchant value-added services.
· The ability to operate strategically while engaging with technical and operational detail, from presenting a clear product vision to examining logs and transaction messages to support problem resolution.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial models, performance data and other analyses into clear insights, product decisions and stakeholder recommendations.
· Sound commercial acumen, including identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales activities, managing partners and contributing to revenue expansion through effective product-market fit.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, technology and other functions, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
· A collaborative and accountable working style, with experience working effectively across teams, regions, cultures and international time zones.
· Experience with agile methodologies, such as SAFe, and software delivery tools, such as Jira, with the ability to define concise requirements and translate business needs for development teams.
