About the role
Partner Marketing Lead
Luton | Full-time | Hybrid
20% bonus • 7% pension • Staff travel benefits
You know how to turn a strong partnership into marketing that customers genuinely value.
You bring partners, channels and teams together around a clear plan, then use insight and performance data to make every campaign work harder. If you’re excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing loyalty programme, this could be the role for you.
The opportunity
As Partner Marketing Lead, you’ll develop and deliver integrated, co-branded campaigns with easyJet’s loyalty programme partners. Your work will help attract new members, deepen engagement and support long-term retention across easyJet and partner channels.
You’ll combine customer insight, commercial thinking and strong delivery discipline to create activity that benefits members, easyJet and our partners. As the programme and partner roster grow, you’ll also help build simple, scalable ways of planning, approving, delivering and measuring campaigns.
“This role is about making partnerships meaningful for customers. We’re looking for someone who can build trusted relationships, create brilliant integrated campaigns and stay curious about what the performance data is telling us.” Hiring Manager, easyJet
The team & culture
You’ll work closely with the Senior Loyalty Marketing Lead and collaborate across Media, CRM, Digital, Ecommerce, PR, Analytics, Brand and local market teams. You’ll also bring partner teams and agencies together, creating an open, well-organised environment where ideas move quickly and everyone is clear on what great delivery looks like.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own the day-to-day marketing relationship with loyalty programme partners, turning the wider loyalty strategy into clear priorities and practical activity plans.
You’ll co-create, launch and optimise campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels, writing focused briefs that define the audience, message, channel roles, measures of success and delivery requirements.
You’ll lead cross-functional and multi-agency teams through creative development, approvals and launch, ensuring every campaign reflects both easyJet and partner brand standards while staying relevant to customers.
You’ll establish a consistent rhythm for planning, reviews and reporting, using campaign results, customer insight and partner feedback to improve future activity and marketing investment.
