Overview
Senior Organisational Development Practice Partner
National | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Opportunity (Applications on a secondment basis are welcomed)
Help Shape the Future of Practice Across Change Grow Live
What if every leader, practitioner and team had the support, confidence and capability to turn great practice into everyday reality?
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Organisational Development Practice Partner to join our Learning & Organisational Development team and play a leading role in strengthening practice across Change Grow Live.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence practice at organisational level, working alongside leaders, teams and services to embed approaches that improve outcomes for both our workforce and the people we support. You'll help create the conditions where reflective practice, clinical supervision, trauma-informed leadership, cultural competency and Motivational Interviewing can thrive, becoming sustainable parts of how services operate every day. Drawing on expertise in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Practice (TIP), Psychosocial Interventions (PSI) and organisational development, you'll support meaningful change that lasts long after formal interventions have ended.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a learning and development role.
As a trusted organisational development consultant and partner, you'll work with leaders and services across the organisation to understand local challenges, identify opportunities for growth and support the implementation of approaches that strengthen practice, culture and leadership. You'll help services move beyond training alone by creating the structures, support and reflective spaces needed for learning to become embedded in everyday practice.
Working collaboratively across the Learning & Organisational Development function, you'll:
- Partner with leaders and services to strengthen practice through Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Practice, Psychosocial Interventions and Clinical Supervision.
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, reflective practice sessions and capability-building activities.
- Lead the development and embedding of observed practice, helping direct observation and feedback become valued parts of practitioner development.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of Change Grow Live's trauma-informed practice pathway and clinical supervision offer.
- Facilitate reflective spaces for leaders, supervisors and practitioners, supporting learning, resilience and professional growth.
- Develop trauma-informed leadership capability across the organisation, helping leaders create psychologically safe and supportive environments.
- Build local capability through coaching, mentoring, facilitation and train-the-trainer approaches.
- Establish and nurture communities of practice and learning networks that sustain development over time.
- Gather insight, evaluation and feedback to continually improve organisational approaches and inform future strategy.
- Support and develop colleagues within the OD Practice Team, sharing specialist expertise and contributing to some of our most important strategic work.
