Senior Operations Director

The Senior Operations Director, London will have two primary responsibilities:

 

1) IMG Licensing Systems Development and Implementation: working with our IT Services, senior executive management and global Operations / Finance teams to continue developing our in-house licensing systems that succeed in improving management and client reporting, business analysis, process efficiencies and reduction of human error to a best-in-industry level. And additionally, to work with international offices personnel such that the functionality of our systems is understood and used effectively. This part of the role is a global remit. 

 

2) The Senior Operations Director, London will work with Europe business leadership and in particular the SVP London Office to support client business program management. This includes new client on-boarding, business analysis of client licensing programs, review of sales royalty reports and other ad hoc business, productivity, deal pipeline and results analysis as requested by the SVP, London. The Sr Ops Director will interface closely and smoothly with the relevant Legal and Finance teams in the fulfilment  of these functions. This part of the role is a Europe regional remit
