Your Role

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the Senior Manager, Feasibility and Development Finance will report to the VP, Owners Relations and Feasibility EAME. You’ll support feasibility and other key teams by preparing financial models and evaluating potential transactions and business decisions. Your work will help assess the impact of these opportunities on the economics of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and its partners.

This is a six-month fixed-term contract starting in January 2027 to provide maternity leave cover.

Your Responsibilities

• Underwrite hotel management projects, partnering with Hyatt’s operations, revenue management, finance and design services teams, as well as external partners and investors.

• Support projects across EAME, brands and contract types, with assignments based on team priorities.
