Job Description & Summary
1. 法律諮詢與策略支援2. 合約撰擬與審閱
3. 法令遵循與內部風險控制協助
4. 爭議處理與訴訟管理
5. 協助策略合作事業治理及相關事務
6. 其他主管交辦事項
1.中華民國律師考試及格並取得律師證書；具其他法域律師資格者尤佳。
2.具 6年以上法律實務經驗，其中至少 3 年以上曾任職於律師事務所，或具企業法務管理經驗者優先。
3.熟悉公司法、民法、證券交易法、個人資料保護法、公平交易法、勞動基準法等相關法令。
4.具備處理合規事務經驗者佳。
5.中英文讀寫及口語表達流利優先，且英文需符合事務所要求之標準。
