- Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and vendors to gather information, clarify objectives, and support informed decision-making throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions to define current state processes, evaluate future state needs, resolve ambiguity, and build cross-functional alignment.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain business, functional, and non-functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams, to clearly articulate business needs and enable delivery teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and conflicting requirements, and provide recommendations that support sound business decisions and reduce delivery risk.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization by providing clear communication, regular updates, and trusted analysis support for complex business and operational changes.
- Work independently to manage multiple priorities, advance analysis activities, anticipate stakeholder needs, and ensure requirements are sufficiently defined to support successful project execution.
- Mentor junior business analysts by sharing knowledge, reinforcing best practices, and contributing to the overall quality and maturity of business analysis across the team.
- Adhere to and champion our core values of curious minds, collaborative hearts, and continuous excellence
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; PMI-PBA, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience leading discovery, requirements gathering, and current-state/future-state analysis for complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while aligning business needs, stakeholder priorities, and delivery objectives.
