Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalen und konzerninternen Vorgaben sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Abschlussprozesse
• Führung und Abstimmung von Haupt- und Nebenbüchern sowie Erstellung von Buchungsbelegen
• Unterstützung bei der Anlagen- und Vorratsinventur
• Kostenrechnung, incl. der Analyse von Abweichungen und Trends
• Erstellung von Finanz-, Steuer- und Managementreportings
• Mitwirkung bei Budget-, Forecast- und Mehrjahresplanungsprozessen
• Identifikation von Effizienz- und Kostensenkungspotenzialen
• Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Accounting-Prozessen, internen Kontrollen und Systemen
• Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten, Audits und gesetzlichen Berichtspflichten
• Fachliche Unterstützung und Einarbeitung von Mitarbeitenden im Finanzbereich des Shared Service Center

Ihr Profil

fachlicher Art:

• Abgeschlossenes Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung sowie im Hauptbuch- und Abschlussprozess

• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
