Field Marketing Manager Nordics & Baltics
The Opportunity
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving B2B marketing initiatives and a proven track record of collaborating closely with enterprise sales teams? If so, you will thrive in our hybrid work environment at Nutanix, where you will have the opportunity to execute impactful field marketing activities across the Nordics & Baltics region. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to our sales organisation, taking full ownership of regional campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. We are looking for a self-starter who takes control of their territory, brings fresh go-to-market solutions to the table, and has the confidence to guide our sales strategy.
You will be working with an internal team of sales, SDRs and channel, and externally you will be working with 3rd-party agencies. The role will require occasional travel. It is a B2B marketing role and your main job is to drive Nutanix marketing programs that support the business in pipeline generation. Therefore, it is important that you like to work and interact with people on all levels of an organisation.
About the Team
The Field Marketing Manager will be part of the dynamic EMEA Marketing team at Nutanix, ideally based in Stockholm, Sweden. This team operates in a highly collaborative and open culture, emphasising teamwork, communication, and shared success. Our mission is to seamlessly align marketing strategies with regional sales goals while effectively engaging with key stakeholders across the Nordics and Baltics. You will report to the Marketing Director, EMEA North, who fosters a leadership style characterised by open communication, trust, and the encouragement of creative ideas. You will have a team around you to support you.
Your Role
- Own and execute the comprehensive field marketing strategy across the Nordics and Baltics, driving targeted demand generation and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within net-new prospect accounts.
- Partner closely with the Regional Sales Lead and Account Executives to align marketing campaigns with territory business goals, ensuring joint accountability and securing buy-in for your initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the sales team, proactively identifying the right campaign mix, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and confidently guiding the GTM approach rather than waiting for direction.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of regional marketing initiatives - including webinars, bootcamps, executive events, and digital campaigns - while strictly managing the regional marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, managing lead flow with SDRs and Account Executives to ensure strong pipeline conversion and opportunity creation.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of six years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally within the IT or enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of full-cycle campaign management, from strategic inception through execution, measurement, and ROI reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with enterprise sales teams, possessing the professional confidence to challenge assumptions and influence go-to-market strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (such as Salesforce) to effectively track funnels and lead conversions.
- Professional fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
