The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work directly with client leadership to understand how back-office teams operate, then turn those findings into clear requirements that a technical team can act on. The role suits someone with a background in finance, consulting or business operations who is comfortable presenting to senior executives and learning new technology on the job. No coding is required.

What you'll do

- Facilitate workshops that document how operational work currently gets done, and interview stakeholders along the way.

- Review operational data to locate inefficiencies and define the scope of technical work.

- Present findings to senior executives and respond to their challenges.

- Contribute to deployments across several back-office departments inside large client organizations.

- Travel 20 to 40 percent of the time to client sites across the United States.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Prior work in finance-oriented advisory, investing, consulting, business operations or at an early-stage technology company.

- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn it on the job.

- Comfort using current AI tools in everyday work.

- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week.

- Ability to travel frequently to client sites nationwide.

Bonus points

- Prior experience working at a startup.

- A university background from a top-ranked school, or other clear evidence of exceptional ability.

- Former investment banker or consultant now working in business operations or an AI or digital role.

- Financial and business modeling skills.

- Base salary: USD 175,000 to 250,000 per year
