Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Architects / Architectural Coordinators with expertise in high-rise buildings, towers, malls, and premium-finish construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate architectural design and execution activities.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
Ensure architectural works meet approved design and quality standards.
Monitor architectural finishes and site execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Resolve design and construction coordination issues.
Requirements
10–15+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in high-rise buildings, towers, malls, or premium-finish projects.
Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction coordination.
Ability to review drawings and technical documentation.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
