Senior Advisor, Data Center Cabling Project Management

Our Data Center Cabling Project Management team leads the successful deployment of complex physical network infrastructures that support large GPU clusters, hyperscale environments, and mission-critical data center operations.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Advisor, you will lead the onsite deployment and delivery of large-scale data center cabling programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful project execution across complex AI and HPC environments. You will act as the primary cabling lead on customer sites, driving coordination between internal teams, partners, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

You will:
Lead large-scale data center cabling deployments, overseeing planning, execution, partner coordination, and delivery across multiple installation phases and data halls.
Review and validate cabling designs, deployment documentation, BoMs, network topologies, rack layouts, and installation methodologies in collaboration with engineering and program teams.
Manage cabling partners, schedules, risks, budgets, change control processes, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones and quality objectives.
Direct onsite installation activities, ensuring compliance with Dell standards, industry best practices, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
Drive testing, validation, customer handover activities, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
