REPORTING AND ANALYTICS:
- Designs and maintains Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, matrices, and management reporting solutions. Develops executive and operational reporting for budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances, trends, scenarios, and key planning assumptions.
- Translates complex financial information into clear decision-support tools; partners with stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and sustainable solutions; and improves self-service reporting capabilities for Finance, Budget, and organizational leadership.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION:
- Leads requirements discussions and documents current-state processes, business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translates requirements into Adaptive Planning configuration, solution designs, and technical specifications; identifies opportunities to streamline, standardize, automate, or eliminate manual planning activities; evaluates enhancements for business value, platform capabilities, maintainability, controls, and downstream impact; leads/supports unit, UAT, regression, and production validation; and develops process/configuration documentation, test scripts, procedures, and training materials.
LEADERSHIP, GOVERNANCE, AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER:
- Serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on Workday Adaptive Planning capabilities and recommended practices.
