About the role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily physical security operations at the data center.
Lead and manage on-site security officers and security service providers.
Monitor and enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
Oversee CCTV monitoring and security surveillance activities.
Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, and emergencies.
Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation.
Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, and other internal stakeholders on security-related matters.
Support emergency response planning and security awareness initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security operations.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience working in Data Centers, Technology Facilities, Industrial Sites, Manufacturing Plants, Commercial Buildings, or other high-security environments is preferred.
Experience managing outsourced security guards/vendors is preferred.
