Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials and authorization, maintain visitor records, and report unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
• Support the protection of sensitive business information and restricted areas by following established access-control, reporting, and confidentiality procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a CPO certification
• Minimum of 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, miilitary experience.
• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required
• Possess unarmed guard card/license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
