About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sector Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage key client relationships, and ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service delivery.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support business growth through client retention and new business opportunities.
- Oversee team performance, training, and development.
- Monitor financial collections and outstanding client accounts.
- Ensure operational activities comply with applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong client/account management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
