This is a seasonal position. The length of this position may vary, but will end no later than December 31, 2026
Lunds & Byerlys Eagan is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing part-time In-Store Personal Shopper to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $15.00-$17.00/hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 12:00pm-9:00pm
IN-STORE PERSONAL SHOPPER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our In-Store Personal Shoppers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
Providing exceptional customer service through our online shopping portal
Selecting products as requested by customers
Communicating with customers when ordered products are not in stock
Packing and loading orders into customer's vehicles
OUR IDEAL IN-STORE PERSONAL SHOPPER
Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
Respectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team
Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking retail solutions
Hospitable - provides a friendly face and welcoming environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience preferred
Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
