About the role
Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.
Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.
Seasonal role 21 November 2026 - 24 December 2026
Rota: Saturdays 07:45 - 16:30
Additional days required
Monday 21, Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 December 07:45-16:30
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
To be successful in this role, we are looking for people:
Good friendly manner
Good interpersonal skills
Willing to learn
Willing to enter into the Christmas spirit
