The work
The SAP Basis Lead provides day‑to‑day operational support for program applications and is responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and reliable SAP system environments. This role focuses on troubleshooting software, operating system, and networking issues; managing system backups and data recoveries; and ensuring continuity of operations across SAP landscapes. The administrator works closely with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and support ongoing system performance.

Key responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and networking problems
Schedule, perform, and monitor system backups; execute data recovery activities when required
Provide daily technical support for all program applications

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$124,000—$246,400 USD
