As a SAP RTR you will support client needs across SAP record-to-report activities, helping analyze requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support that improve how business applications are used. As a Senior Associate you will navigate complex workstreams, build meaningful client connections, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, and guide junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to SAP consulting efforts within our Advisory practice, using your experience to interpret data, solve problems, and help clients improve operational efficiency through practical SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client business requirements and configuring SAP record to report processes across finance and accounting workstreams
- Supporting SAP implementation, enhancement, and optimization activities for core digital business applications
- Translating functional requirements into system design, testing, and deployment tasks for SAP solutions
- Collaborating with client teams to troubleshoot issues, identify process gaps, and recommend practical resolution paths
- Developing process documentation, training materials, and user guidance to support adoption of SAP functionality
- Interpreting data and transaction flow to identify control points, process improvements, and integration dependencies
- Managing assigned workstreams, tracking deliverables, and escalating risks or blockers in a timely manner
- Mentoring junior team members by reviewing tasks, sharing application knowledge, and reinforcing technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating SAP RTR delivery experience within client service engagements
- Building client relationships while anticipating team and client needs
- Using critical thinking to break down complex business scenarios
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
- Navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional and technical standards
- Mentoring junior team members while developing personal branding
