The Work:
The SAP Application Security Consultant is responsible for performing all User Management (UM) functions such as user role creations, changes, assignments, and activities including User Access Review, UM audit requests, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) Risk Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and participating in User Access Management design, implementation, enhancement and maintenance.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security components.
- Providing user provisioning and role design/development/testing in accordance with SoD protocol and Security.
- Ability to assess client specific security requirements and be able to propose potential solutions beyond standard SAP security such as ABAC based controls, Information Assurance, etc.
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning.
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$91,700—$178,700 USD
