About the role

Sales Functions: - Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms - Assists Sales Executives in completing client setup forms - Act as point of contact to potential clients as directed by Sales Executives or through contact with Crane network of offices and agents - Qualify sales leads and assign to territory executives - Provide quotations to clients and maintain quote log - Report branch sales statistics, sales funnel information and drive visibility of new opportunities as communicated during sales meetings, branch meetings etc. - Responsible for scheduling weekly sales meetings and agendas - Assist Sales Executives in planning office visits with clients - Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support the collection process |
Create and manage client database on shared drive, including (but not limited to) client profiles, account activities, SOP’s, client set up documents
