Join MOL Group's Chemicals team as a Sales Support Analyst and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations across multiple markets.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and business insights for commercial teams and management
• Support sales activities through performance tracking, data analysis, and decision-preparation calculations
• Coordinate planning and forecasting processes, including annual and rolling business plans
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, planning, and controlling teams to ensure data consistency and business transparency
• Support business process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Contribute to the development and operation of SF CRM system supporting commercial activities
• Provide technical and analytical support to internal stakeholders and affiliated companies
• Ensure accurate data management and support efficient reporting processes

What we're looking for

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of commercial, logistics, or business processes
• Excellent attention to detail and structured way of working
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results

Technical skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Familiarity with databases and business applications

Language requirements

• Fluent English
