About the role
This role owns noqodi's real estate business across acquiring, wallet and card issuance. The role protects and grows the existing base of real estate related payments processed by noqodi, then extends it to the companies and people around every property transaction: developers, brokers, property managers, owners associations, trustees, tenants and owners.
The aim is to make noqodi the payment and money-movement platform for UAE real estate sector: from the first booking deposit and registration fee, to rent and service charges, to the cards and wallets that developers, property managers and residents use every day.
Key responsibilities
1. Existing Accounts
• Own noqodi's relationship with existing accounts, and protect and grow the real estate payment volumes.
• Hold regular account reviews on volumes, payment success rates, issues and new services.
• Grow the share of real estate payments made digitally and through the noqodi wallet.
• Act as the escalation point for client issues, working with Operations and Support until they are resolved.
2. New business: acquiring and payments
• Build and work a pipeline of developers, brokers, property management companies, owners associations, trustees and holiday home operators.
• Sell DLD-connected payment solutions: payment gateway, Pay by Link, POS, direct debit and Aani for recurring rent, instalments and service charges.
• Help clients move rent and instalment collections from post-dated cheques to direct debit and instant payments.
3. Solutions, proposals and implementation
• Understand each client's collection and payment processes and design the right combined solution with Product and the Manager – Acquiring Business.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers, with pricing approved in line with noqodi's rate cards.
• Coordinate integration with the client's systems, including property management and ERP systems, through to go-live and adoption.
4. Market intelligence and reporting
• Track the real estate market, DLD initiatives, regulation and competitor offers to developers, brokers and property managers.
• Share competitor activity and client feedback with the Manager – Acquiring Business and Business Intelligence.
• Keep the CRM up to date, and report pipeline, wins and account health every month.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or a related field.
Experience
• 5–8 years in sales, business development or account management with government clients.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech or government technology services is strongly preferred.
• Track record of winning and growing government accounts in the UAE.
• Experience with government procurement, tenders and vendor registration.
• Existing relationships with federal, Dubai or Abu Dhabi government entities or free zones are a strong advantage.

• Payment products: payment gateway, POS, Pay by Link, wallets, direct debit and refunds.
• Understanding of card and wallet payments, settlement and reconciliation.
• Awareness of UAE digital-government programmes and payment platforms.
Skills
• Builds trust with senior government stakeholders; professional and well-presented.
• Strong communicator and presenter in Arabic and English, including formal written Arabic.
• Persistent and organised across long government sales cycles.
• Commercial judgement: balances client needs with noqodi's margins.
• Works well with technical, operations and product teams to deliver for the client.
