Sales Counselor – Full-Time

Hillcrest Grand Lodge is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and personable Sales Counselor to join our team!
This isn't your typical sales position! You'll have the opportunity to connect with prospective residents and their families, showcase our beautiful senior living community, and help make the transition to a new home an exciting and welcoming experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcome prospective residents and families, creating an outstanding first impression.
Conduct engaging tours and showcase everything Hillcrest Grand Lodge has to offer.
Build relationships with prospective residents through phone calls, emails, and personal follow-ups.
Partner with the sales team to generate move-ins and achieve occupancy goals.
Coordinate admissions paperwork, apartment readiness, and resident move-ins.
Assist with planning and hosting events for prospective residents and families.
Maintain accurate prospect information and track sales activity.
Work closely with community leaders to ensure a smooth, positive experience from the first visit through move-in.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, event planning, sales, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
A friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Confidence giving tours, answering questions, and helping people navigate important decisions.
Comfortable using technology to track prospects and manage communications.
Senior living or hospitality experience is a plus!
