The Opportunity
Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Room Attendant supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of luxury hospitality and modern European-inspired design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, and visitors from around the world.
From thoughtfully appointed guestrooms and suites to elevated guest experiences throughout the campus, our Housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating the welcoming, polished environment guests expect. We are seeking detail-oriented hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and service.
As a Room Attendant, You'll:
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and stayover rooms according to Marriott brand standards.
Make beds, replace linens, replenish towels, and restock guest room amenities with precision and attention to detail.
Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, and guest touchpoints to ensure exceptional presentation and cleanliness.
Inspect rooms to verify quality standards, guest readiness, and overall condition before arrivals.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and unusual room conditions promptly.
Respond to guest requests with professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and assigned storage areas.
Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and security procedures.
Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Collaborate with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Engineering, and fellow Curators to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Support sustainability initiatives and operational excellence across the campus.
What We're Looking For
Previous hotel housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and passion for creating welcoming guest spaces.
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely push or pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
