Restaurant Supervisor Position Available

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR POSITION 

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and a positive dining experience. They supervise staff, manage shifts, and support the restaurant management team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring new employees
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., food safety standards)
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock ordering
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment (supervisory role preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks
