What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a team of up to 15 front-of-house employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Overseeing recruitment, training and team development.
• Building strong relationships with guests and handling feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards.

What we're looking for 

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step.
• Leadership experience within a premium restaurant
• A confident and charismatic leader who can inspire, motivate and develop a team.
• Commercially aware with strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
