About the role
Your mission
Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We are thrilled to introduce a role that keeps our residential energy storage customers happy and our service teams moving: the Spare Parts Manager for Germany and the European market. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:- You make sure the right spare parts and replacement units are available for warranty claims, repairs, and replacements across Germany and Europe.
- You build and maintain inventory plans based on installed base, failure rates, demand forecasts, and product lifecycle.
- You coordinate allocation, order processing, shipment, and delivery to customers, installers, service partners, and field engineers.
- You monitor availability, fulfillment, lead times, and backorders, and you tackle supply risks and urgent escalations before they affect customers.
- You work hand in hand with European warehouses, logistics providers, procurement, and headquarters to improve replenishment and cross-border deliveries.
- You keep stock, serial number traceability, and refurbished or repaired unit flows accurate in SAP, CRM, and warehouse systems, while tracking KPIs and shaping better spare parts processes.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, to fit this role and be happy in it for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:- You have a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or a comparable background, or equivalent practical experience.
- You bring experience in spare parts management, inventory planning, or service logistics, ideally in energy, electronics, or other technical products.
- You are confident with SAP, CRM, or warehouse management systems and enjoy working with data, KPIs, and forecasts.
- You are well organized, proactive, and calm when urgent requests and escalations come in.
- You communicate and collaborate easily with warehouses, logistics partners, procurement, technical teams, and colleagues at headquarters.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and like to analyze failure and consumption trends to optimize stock and reduce service costs.
- You speak German and English at C1 level; other European languages are a plus.
