WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Rental Equipment Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair John Deere rental equipment and allied products in the shop, helping ensure our rental fleet is ready to meet customer needs.

You will also play an important role in daily rental operations, including checking equipment in and out, fueling, steam cleaning, and preparing machines for their next rental.

In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard, including equipment and attachment inventory and the exterior of the facility. You will also help ensure employees, vendors, and customers follow established safety procedures while conducting business in the yard. Your attention to detail, mechanical expertise, and commitment to safety will help keep our rental operations running efficiently.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various makes and models of heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, assertive, and proactive approach to completing tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Must have your own tools.

Compensation: $21.19-29.66/hr (Depending on Experience)
