We are looking for an Outpatient Float RN to Join the Buckeye Community!

This position would include working in several different specialties: Neurosurgery, Comprehensive Spine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Vascular and Cardiac Surgery with the largest population of patients being in Urology.

Responsibilities
Float Pool Program Mission
To provide high-quality nursing support across OSUP ambulatory care locations through a team of skilled, adaptable nurses who deliver exceptional patient care while supporting clinic operations and organizational goals.
Float Pool Program Vision
To develop a highly competent ambulatory nursing workforce capable of providing seamless support across multiple clinical locations while maintaining exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Float between outpatient Surgical Specialty clinics to provide high-quality nursing care
- Support teams with clinical workflows, patient education, and care
- Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and patients
- Adapt quickly, think critically, and bring positivity wherever you go

The operating hours of the clinics are Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in:
- Urology
- Neurosurgery
- Comprehensive Spine
- Physical Medicine
- Rehabilitation, Vascular
- Cardiac Surgery

Minimum Qualifications
- Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Ohio RN licensure
- CPR/BLS and PALS certified
- Prior experience Urology strongly preferred
- Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
- Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
