We’re Hiring: Dental Hygienist – Toronto and GTA
At Passion Dental Group, we are actively seeking Registered Dental Hygienists for our clinics in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are looking for individuals who not only excel clinically but also prioritize patient connection. We believe that exceptional care goes beyond just outcomes; it’s also about how patients feel during their visit.

What the Role Looks Like
Full-time and Part-time opportunities
Days, evenings, and weekends required
Located across Toronto and GTA area
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver a full range of hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride application
Assess patients and develop personalized care approaches aligned with clinical protocols
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies
Create a comfortable, elevated experience for every patient—focused on trust and attention to detail
Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and genuine care
Work closely with the clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care
What You Bring
Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree
Registered and in good standing with the CDHO
Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA)
IPAC certification
You’re also someone who
Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with patients
Is highly organized and comfortable managing a busy schedule
Brings a calm, polished, and patient-first approach to every interaction
Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Is comfortable with dental software and digital workflows
Nice to have:
Experience with iTero scanning and whitening services (e.g., Zoom)
