About the role
Build the Future with Us — EquipmentShare is Hiring a Refurbishment Facility Supervisor
At EquipmentShare, we’re not just filling a role — we’re assembling the best team on the planet to build something that’s never been built before. We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.
We’re hiring a Refurbishment Facility Supervisor at our Corporate Headquarters in Mexico, MO (1 day week in Moberly) and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
The Refurbishment Facility Supervisor will lead the ground-floor setup and daily operations of a new UTV refurbishment facility in Mexico, MO, managing technician workflows across teardown, surface finish, and reassembly. You will enforce OSHA and NFPA 33 safety compliance while maintaining strict quality control on all completed fleet units. Additionally, you will coordinate with logistics and parts teams to prevent bottlenecks and track performance metrics to keep the facility running smoothly. This supervisor will also be responsible for auditing truck refurbishment at our Moberly, MO location.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own daily throughput across the facility — balance workload across teardown, surface finish, and reassembly stations to keep units moving through the line.
- Serve as the facility's safety compliance owner — oversee adherence to blast room and paint/powder coat safety procedures (respiratory protection, PPE, NFPA 33 and OSHA requirements) and address issues before they become incidents.
- Responsible for monitoring quality control of completed units before they return to the fleet, catching issues before they leave the facility.
- Coordinate with the Parts Coordinator and Logistics/Receiving Coordinator to keep inbound down-units and outbound completed units flowing without bottlenecks.
- Direct daily station assignments for the Refurbishment Technician team, including wash bay rotation and cross-training as the facility's needs evolve.
- Track and report on facility throughput, backlog, and performance metrics.
