About the role
Lead strategic planning for General Industrial regarding compiling, analyzing and execution to voice of the customer as it relates to our Liquid business
Strategic planning for future expansion required organizationally and structurally, prioritization of Customer facing related quality tasks such as Claims, Complaints, Customer Certifications and Customer High Impact Teams
Lead strategic planning for new test method development in General Industrial by identifying existing risk through claims and customer complaints while managing Market expectations
Lead data analysis within General Industrial for liquid complaints, scale up products, innovation projects and overall CTQ KPIs
Supports projects, investigations, etc by completing complex data analysis and helping set up data collection in order to complete Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Modeling, Mixture DOE, Nested DOE, and high fraction DOE.
Utilize ARC 301 tools to help the team solve problems such as Kepner Tregoe tools (situational assessment, etc.)
Owns the validity of the data analysis, searched for other opportunities to improve the data or the problem. Extreme ownership of solving the problem with data.
Drive compliance and assist in updating Quality standards focused on Technical or Business processes
Lead and or participate in complex quality investigations to determine root cause
