Proposal Manager

Brazil needs a locally based Proposal Leader to lead the hybrid operating model, combining local business knowledge with the operational capacity of the GBC team in Mexico. The GBC prepares and processes quotations, while the Proposal Leader in Brazil provides local direction, sets priorities, and works closely with Sales. The language barriers and tax and commercial complexities you described require local leadership to translate business requirements into clear instructions for the GBC, resolve escalations, and coordinate validation with Finance and Tax specialists. This role would be accountable for the proposal process in Brazil, including quotation quality, response times, and service levels. Hiring this leader would make the hybrid model effective, reduce rework, and protect margins. Performance should be measured through quotation turnaround time, on-time submission, rework rates, and team productivity.
