About the role
Promotions Production Associate
Full Time, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday
Pay Range: $18 - $20
Join DiVal Safety Equipment at our Buffalo headquarters and become part of a growing Promotions team. In this hands-on position, you will help customize apparel and promotional products using embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment. Production experience is helpful but not required. We will train a dependable, detail-oriented person who is ready to learn.
What You’ll Do –
- Operate embroidery, screen-printing, heat-press, and pad-printing equipment
- Prepare screens and plates for production
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Count, fold, package, and prepare orders for delivery
- Complete work efficiently to meet customer deadlines
- Organize logos, files, screens, plates, tools, and production materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow established safety procedures and immediately report concerns
- Communicate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive workplace

Physical Requirements –
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours during a scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work safely in an active production environment
- Ability to complete a physical and drug screening
