Role overview
A data centre is only as good as the shell it sits in. As CSA Manager - Projects, you will own the civil, structural and architectural scope on our data centre builds, from design through commissioning and handover.
You will lead the delivery of safe, high-quality facilities on schedule and on budget, working directly with MEP, commissioning and operations teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
What you'll be doing
Managing all CSA aspects of data centre construction projects from design through commissioning and handover.
Building and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resource plans, and keeping milestones on track without compromising safety or quality.
Supervising site construction activity, reviewing methodologies, work sequences and logistics, and holding contractors to account.
Reviewing civil, structural and architectural drawings for constructability, and coordinating design changes, value engineering and risk assessments.
Resolving technical and construction issues quickly, and driving timely closure of RFIs, design clarifications and technical submittals.
Coordinating with MEP, commissioning and operations teams for a seamless handover.
