Description
Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC a world class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual who has a desire to join a growing organization and an appetite for diverse and technically challenging work.
The Project Engineer-Balance will lead or assist in the balancing of Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, and Generators, focusing on hands-on involvement including:
- Collaborate with hourly workforce for task completion with minimal direction
- Execute production plans prioritizing Safety and Quality
- Prepare drawings and process instructions
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Operate and troubleshoot PLC systems
- Contribute as a team member in mechanical assemblies
- Supervise, operate, and troubleshoot complex systems
- Perform the balancing of power generation equipment
Requirements
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to apply knowledge to hands-on solutions
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Availability for night and weekend work as required
- Effective team collaboration skills
