About the role
Program Manager - Contract
DISHER is seeking a Program Manager to support a 2-year project, onsite in Portage, MI with our medical device customer team. This person will be responsible for managing a $50M program which is the single largest program at the site and will own execution across all workstreams.

What you will get to do:
- Manage a $50M program which is the single largest program at the site.
- Own execution across all workstreams.
- Navigate design controls, validation expectations, and regulated change environment.
- Work onsite in Portage, MI for 2-years.
- Work full-time 40-hour work weeks.
What will make you successful:
- Must have medical device industry background or experience in the automotive industry.
- Prior program management of $30-50M+ manufacturing capital programs.
- Track record of delivering large line installations, plant expansions, or major equipment programs on schedule.
- Willing to support execution and step in, not just steer from a conference room.
