Job Description
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll collect market, customer and partner insight to build clear positioning, content and sales enablement for Caelor’s core apps and solution packages as part of our Revenue office. You'll understand our ideal customers well enough to explain to the Product team how to make Caelor apps better fit their needs and orchestrate impactful launches together with Marketing.
What you’ll do
- Voice of the Customer: spend enough time among our target audiences to represent their best interest internally
- Be the champion of Caelor app usage across our internal teams and find new use cases for dogfooding
- Build and refine ICPs, positioning, messaging and customer journeys for our core apps and solution areas
- Create practical sales and partner enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, tutorials and webinars
- Turn customer interviews, demos, churn notes, support insights and partner feedback into useful product and marketing input
- Support conversion, retention and expansion with onboarding content, case studies and social proof
- Collect Caelor-specific stories, use cases and solution narratives to fuel our awareness content engine
- Represent the company and its products in person, live and online
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Hands-on work with B2B SaaS products, ideally in the Atlassian Ecosystem or with other Marketplace apps
- Experience with strategic assets, launch planning, sales enablement and customer-facing content
- Good familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Marketplace apps) and how customers use them day to day
- Ability to turn complex market and customer context into clear narratives
- Customer research skills: running interview sessions and turning them into practical insights
- Commercial thinking around conversion, retention, expansion, and partner-assisted growth
- Comfort working across product, marketing, partners and customers alike
- Clear written and verbal communication in English, including public speaking live and online
- A plus: previous experience related to intranet, knowledge management, ESM, asset management or internal communication solutions
Additional information
- Full-time, remote position. You must be based in the EU and able to travel to live events
- You’ll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with product and leadership
- Start date: as soon as possible!
- A small, international team where your work has a direct impact on customer experience and on what we build next
Additional Information
What's in for you:
- Attractive remuneration
- Lunch voucher
- Medical insurance
- Annual performance bonuses
- Flexible work hours
- 25 days: paid leave
- Team building activities
- Are you a geeky mom? You will keep your salary during your maternity leave and we are addressing flexible hours for working mums!
Company Description
Every day, millions of people do their work in the same few tools: where they write, share, plan and ask for help. When those tools are hard to use, people lose time searching, guessing and asking around. At Caelor, we build apps that make that everyday work simpler, so teams can find what they need, understand it quickly and get on with their job.
Our apps run inside Atlassian’s products (Jira and Confluence), used by companies all over the world. They turn Confluence into a real company intranet, make pages clear and easy to read, explain internal vocabulary right where people need it, and give every employee a simple way to request the equipment and services they need.
Caelor brings together the Vectors and Caelor teams under one name: about 40 people across Tunis, Paris, Wiesbaden, Split and Dubai, with Tunis as our largest office. We value collaboration across teams and countries, honest feedback, and a transparent, friendly way of working.
