Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Principal Engineer, you will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise performance and reliability.

You will:

• Design networking architecture to be used in high‑performance computing (HPC), AI clusters, and large-scale data centers.
• Design or build cloud‑scale and AI‑scale Ethernet fabrics offering consistent low latency and high throughput.
• Steer the pre-sales qualification process and deliver the architectural design, strategy and plan
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships, in order to identify additional opportunities with current accounts
• Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects where a high number of technical staff are involved, including training or on-the-job mentoring
• Have deep, extensive knowledge of Infrastructure, integration capabilities and related environments, keeping up to date with the latest industry developments
• Contribute to the preparation of multiple white papers

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience (Infrastructure Deploy for Server, Storage and N/W, deliver solutions, etc.)
• Project management experience +5 years
• Design and delivery of advanced technical services including N/W design or Networking implementation
• Incident response and problem management experience.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, NVIDA Certified Professional
• Decent English skill
