In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of software solutions with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities and industrial software innovation.

• Make sound technical decisions and clearly communicate options, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop, review, and optimize complex software components to ensure quality, maintainability, scalability, and reliability.

• Partner with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate customer and business needs into actionable technical solutions.

• Establish and continuously improve engineering practices related to software quality, testing, security, performance, and delivery.

• Mentor and support fellow developers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, helping the organization identify opportunities to drive innovation and customer value.

• Collaborate with globally distributed teams in an agile environment to deliver solutions that address complex industrial challenges.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

• Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.

• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and working knowledge of Python.

• Experience building and implementing solutions using large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar AI technologies.

• Experience working with modern web application frameworks such as Angular, React, or comparable technologies.

• Experience developing solutions on at least one major cloud platform, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and modern software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience developing software for industrial devices, distributed systems, or real-time industrial applications.

• Experience with event streaming technologies and distributed systems.

• Experience building advanced AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, or real-time processing of structured and unstructured data.

• Experience working within manufacturing, process automation, industrial technology, or related industries.

• Experience leading technical initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
