This is an exciting opportunity to combine financial data expertise, technology, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment.

- Develop scalable data analytics and validation processes using Databricks to support complex financial datasets and multiple concurrent projects.
- Design and implement custom Python solutions to detect large-scale data anomalies, automate data checks, and support remediation activities.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve reusable validation tools, operational runbooks, technical documentation, and standardized workflows.
- Prepare detailed validation findings, discrepancy analyses, progress reports, and project status materials to ensure effective monitoring and timely project completion.

- Identify potential project risks, communicate critical blockers, and escalate significant issues to project leads and management when necessary.
- Manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Identify and implement opportunities for AI-powered automation and LLM integrations to improve data validation processes and streamline project implementation.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables, proactively address technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvements in data analytics practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Progress toward CFA or FRM certification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technology, finance, consulting, fund accounting, investment operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with complex investment datasets, including multi-asset class portfolios, financial performance data, and market data from various sources.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, and/or SQL, with a solid understanding of data processing and ETL fundamentals.
- Practical experience with Databricks or other cloud-based distributed data platforms.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and their application in data integration and processing workflows.
- Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and financial data quality management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and develop scalable technical solutions.
