While other shops slow down for the season, we’re not. Climate Control is growing across the Kansas City Northland, and we need a skilled Residential Service Plumber to keep our customers running. You’ll get a stocked truck, steady calls, and a team that has your back, so you can focus on doing great work and earning what you’re worth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, drains, fixtures, water heaters, and water and gas lines
• Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, faucets, toilets, and disposals
• Clear drain and sewer line stoppages, and do camera inspections when needed
• Present repair options clearly and professionally so homeowners can make informed decisions
• Complete work orders, photos, and invoices in our field service software
• Keep your service truck clean, stocked, and organized
• Take part in the on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends
• Follow all code, safety, and company standards on every job

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Journeyman plumbing license (Kansas City–area jurisdiction) preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional, customer-friendly communication in customers’ homes
• Comfortable with tablet-based field service software (ServiceTitan a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
