Join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team as a Physiotherapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients within their own homes and communities.

Available on a full-time or part-time basis, this rewarding role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that empowers clients to achieve their goals, improve their wellbeing, and maintain their independence.

You'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own caseload while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

In this role you will …

• Deliver high-quality Physiotherapy services tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions within clients' homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with GPs, Allied Health professionals and key stakeholders to achieve the best possible client outcomes.
• Prepare clinical reports, treatment plans and recommendations that meet NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Home Care Package requirements.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers and community partners.
• Champion a person-centred approach while upholding our values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence.
• Support clients to maximise their mobility, function, independence and quality of life.

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

• Physiotherapy degree, with General AHPRA registration.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community
• An enjoyment of working with the older adult and adult disability demographics
• Full working rights in Australia
• Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain.
• Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
