Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
- Provide evidence-based treatment for adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment to support each resident’s goals.
- Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete documentation using NetHealth point-of-service technology.
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants in delivering quality care.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- A current Montana Physical Therapist license.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to helping residents reach their goals.
- One year of PT experience preferred—but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
