Overview
University Radiology is the largest privately-owned provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ. We are comprised of more than 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.
Responsibilities
Join Our Team as a Temporary Patient Services Coordinator
University Radiology’s East Brunswick Business Office is looking for a dependable, friendly team member for a full-time temporary position. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and callers, helping them get to the right place quickly.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
What you’ll do:
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Record medical notes and messages accurately
- Connect callers with the right department or staff member
- Manage and follow up on voicemails
- Support the team with other tasks as they arise
Qualifications
- Dependable and accountable, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable and confident handling a high volume of phone calls
- Able to commit to the full Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) for the duration of the assignment
